Award Winners: The Alamo AFA Chapter will pay for your meal (select "$00.00" for "Payment") and for a one-year AFA membership. If you are already an AFA Member, you can give the membership to someone else.
Friends/Family of awardee use awardee's "Unit/Agency"(so we can seat you together)
If you do not have a Government ID Card, please fill out the EAL form. This form will allow you on base.
If you pay by cash give it to your POC/VP (select "Cash POC/VP" for "Type Payment")
